Return/Refund Policy
RETURN / REFUND POLICY Lollies Essence Candle LLC All sales made through the Lollies Essence Candle website are subject to the policy below.
- Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your purchase to return or exchange merchandise, provided:
- You have the original receipt
- The merchandise is in its original shipment box(es)
- The product is in original, undamaged condition (bottled products must have the sealed intact including the frozen ice pack during summer season; wax items must be unused)
- Authorization Required
You must contact Customer Service by phone or email to receive authorization before sending back any merchandise. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
- Discounted, Sale, and Retired Items
Discounted, sale, and retired items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping Costs
- Free shipping applies only to your original purchase and is non-refundable if the order is returned.
- Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Please send returns via USPS, UPS, or Insured Priority Mail. We recommend using a trackable, insured method, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Restocking Fee
Approved returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned item and the circumstances of the return.
- Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact Customer Service by phone or email before your order leaves our shipping facility.
- Cancellation requests submitted before shipment: no fees.
- Cancellation requests submitted after the order has shipped: shipping and a 20% restocking fee will apply, even if your original order included free shipping, as we are charged for shipping once a package leaves our facility.
